The downside is that Apartment buildings cannot be added to San Myshuno, and apartments aren’t available elsewhere. It adds features like landlords, paying rent, pests and annoying neighbours. The world is beautiful, though, with some really great debug objects for builders, even if the pack itself doesn’t add anything new for them.
